AR July23, Waiting for nomination, Since Dec-23 i am in Perth- Australia through Company deputation, should i inform SINP? about to go back to india end of june!

outside. 29 aug submission, oct ADR for ITR and bank statements reflecting salary, interview on 29th April @delhi and now got nominated, points yet to be received on EE.

Congratulations Anu ! Seems a good day for all the country specific draw candidates who attended their interview in Delhi.

Looks like we July AR guys and a handful of June ones are a odd bunch. Still no progress in our applications. God know how they are trying to process our files.

Its kind of wierd , that only july 2023 AR are left aside ! Dont know whats happening ! My draw (june’23) was merely 450 ITAs yet we are kept in a limbo …. Hope they start processing july submissions .

I received invite from SINP on 18 may 2023 and I submitted docs on 17 July 2023...my noc is 22221....till now my application is in "application received" status...it is almost a year now but there is no progress yet...will there be any update from SINP or should I stop thinking about it?

Did u write to them or try calling them ? Noticeably they have to start processing July 2023 submission applications. So dont worry .

The July23 AR files seem the odd bunch actually, we fall in that 10% slowest category which is removed from the quarterly application processing time estimates, Sigh!
The processing time mentioned is 35 weeks mine is already reached 48th week now, next month same date it will be 52 weeks and no status change.

Hi , please write to them or call them … they must know people are waiting …thats all we can do .

I have been writing to them every month just to get a standard generic reply…but I still keep writing as that is all we can do…if they get fed up and send me a rejection then so be it…at this point I really don’t care for the results but I want this done asap

I called them yesterday. They told they have paused sinp oid file processing. And they are only focusing on those files that have job offers.

That does not explain the delay in express entry candidates. Or have they been paused too in favor of job offer candidates?

No , when i called them to check on EE applications , they confirmed that its not paused and EE applications are under processing but due to huge backlog its getting delayed .

I will call again today or tomorrow to confirm it. If they tell yeah we have paused it then i will withdraw my file. If i had known the job sector is in this disastrous situation i would never come here as a student leaving my life and my job

Based on the speed of processing it does appear they have put it on pause...
but ideally they should announce if they are putting PNP on pause.

PEI formally announced pause on immigration earlier this year and even SINP announced certain type of work permit on pause.

Not doing any draws this year...indicates that things are not looking bright

what is the meaning of they are putting OID files processing on pause? will they just delay them or gonna cancel the ITAs?
