Hello everyone,
One last check before I submit my profile
I we are not claiming points for the spouse education, are we ok to put NO to the question "did your spouse finished high school or any other education" ? Or it is better to say YES, put the diplomas and then say NO for ECA ?
My understanding is that even if we say NO ECA, after ITA the system will ask for the transcripts and the diploma, even though it is not adding any points. I do not really understand why the system is doing that but at same time replying to the question NO seems like lying.
In addition, if the diploma is more than 10 years then it does not appear either in personal history, so wondering if it is better to include it somewhere ? At least post ITA ? (We do have the diploma and transcripts but feel it just adds paperwork for the officer to go through that is not needed) - Why IRCC does not just ask if we have diplomas that have ECA and to list just these ?
