Hello, I’ve the similar timelines. Also case is less complex. Still waiting for hearing or decision.

Just got call from lawyer that hearing date is fixed for 31 October
Don't know why they have fixed such a prolonged hearing date. Disappointed.

hi, i also received less complex letter in February and nothing after that. Did you receive letter from RPD for document submission?

You need to send a completed certificate of readiness and the requested documents to the address indicated in the letter before the deadline.
All requested documents must be in compliance with RPD Rules 31 and 32.
For those who are waiting like me, call the RPD and ask if they received your security screening confirmation from CBSA because it's one of the reasons that the RPD can't decide on refugee claims that were selected for the file review process until they receive that confirmation.

My friend and his wife were asked to provide supporting documents. They extended their document submission deadline and eventually submitted the supporting documents less than two months ago. They received a positive Notice of Decision on August 23, without needing a hearing.
