May I ask , You had submitted BOC in August 2023 or August 2024 ? Is it a less complex case or normal ?

BOC on 16 September 2024 & AOC before that (April 2024) please recheck year or month.

So it means even If the child is citizen at birth than this would not change anything regarding his/her benefits until the parents become "protected person".

Hello I need expert advice, what if a refugee claimant gives birth to a child in Canada. Now that child is subject of law of "Jus Soil" means birth right citizenship. Regardless of citizenship of parents. What about entitlement of that child for child care benefits ?
