No I didn't I just followed a youtube video that shows how to do it online and did it online, am I wrong?

I also checked that video, I would not say you're wrong as some people does that and follow that strategy as mentioned in that video. However, I reached out to IRCC before applying for PGWP-Ext and they suggested me to do on-paper application.

Ah okay because I already applied and paid the fees also since the online application was available at that time and they did indeed issue to me a paper that says I can keep working I guess I'm good, it's just taking so much time to get processed, right now it's been 6 months and I didn't receive any answer yet

I’m stuck since 2023 August
Exact same situation, paper applications have visibility and they are horribly slow. 245 days and counting.

No,I didn't get any email.

Basically, every time I tried to contact IRCC, I got the same response: "We couldn't find the file. Please wait another week". I sent a paper application on April 14th, and they got it on April 17th, but I still can't link it.

Hi guys, I applied for my work permit in April 10 and it was refused on May 6 due to a technical issue, after clarifying it I reapplied on May 25 but after few ghost updates my biometrics got updated. After that it is showing my background verification in progress.
my application is LMIA exempt, TEER 1 category, NOC 31100 in IRCC site it has been mentioned that the processing time is only 2 weeks.
Do they actually give priority for LMIA exempt by any chance??
They are not accessible by any means as I’m applying from outside ??
I have paid my university registration fee, my council registration fee and visa application fee (twice).
I’m clueless how long should I wait as my course is commencing July 1st.
I’m going through mental agony everyday as I have resigned my current job.
I would be happy if anyone could guess what is exactly going on with my application and throw some lights
