Here's my application. Summary: Applied on May 5, got AOR on May 9, created tracker account today.

Added to the spreadsheet. I believe the background check date of March was added in your post as an error, so haven't updated it in the sheet.

Will I get tracker link via email after AOR?. I’m trying to register on https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register. It still gives me an error:

Mostly you will be able to create the tracker two to three business days after AOR
Like @Ann01 mentioned, you need to try it after 2-3 business days from AOR (mostly the weekend time doesn't get counted). Also, make sure you type the Application number, UCI etc., and not copy paste it from the email as that doesn't work correctly!
