generally, with the tracker, people have faced technical difficulties when they try to copy paste the App # and UCI. Not sure if thats the problem in your case, maybe give it a try to type them manually!

Just tried that as well, same problem. With the new application number it’s not even in system yet I believe since it says wrong information however if using previous login information from PR tracker says technical difficulties. I’m gonna give it another day before making a webform meanwhile if someone has any information regarding this please let me know.

I think you received the AOR only yesterday so the application might not be in their system yet. I've seen people had to wait 48-72 hours from AOR for their records to be available to sign up for the tracker. So worst case you might have to wait until Monday. If still facing issues on Monday then calling IRCC or Webform is your best bet!
