I have received offer letter in Conestoga College and I had paid all the fees and Gic. What the chance of getting PAL from the college?

i just checked my ocas portal it was uploaded already on April 11. I thought I would rather get an email.

I was giving admission for fall September intake on December 12 2023 and have not received the PAL yet

So if you got admission in December then why didn’t you apply then? You didn’t need PAL until after January 22. What school? Did you have to apply for PAL or is school doing it? You should have received PAL by now, and you are not going to get study permit by September.
