I have TCF for french 9 CLB and I have Wes done bachelor, and i have valid work permit and job offer noc 3What is your profile? ECA? IELTS/TEF? Since you are posting under CEC then you would have a year of Canadian experience in TEER 0-3.
So you have a LMIA or LMIA exempt? No Canadian experience? Do you have 67 points to be eligible for EE-FSW?I have TCF for french 9 CLB and I have Wes done bachelor, and i have valid work permit and job offer noc 3
If you are getting a score of zero - then either you do not qualify for the program because you don't meet one of the minimum requirements (such as scoring at least 67 on the FSW point system, having ECA, etc.) OR you have answered one or more questions incorrectly.I am sure I replied everything correct and I already have I have good scores in ranking system
I have more than 67 and I am LMIA exempt : french mobility program, I have closed work permitSo you have a LMIA or LMIA exempt? No Canadian experience? Do you have 67 points to be eligible for EE-FSW?
Make sure you are only claiming job offer points if you have worked for your employer in Canada for at least 1 year.I have more than 67 and I am LMIA exempt : french mobility program, I have closed work permit
So you have a year of Canadian experience because if not you cannot count the points for job offer. You count the points after you have worked for a year. If you say you are eligible then you are answering a question incorrectly.I have more than 67 and I am LMIA exempt : french mobility program, I have closed work permit
no I haven't completed one year yet, but I am not counting on that, I want to apply under french proficiency class not canadian experienceSo you have a year of Canadian experience because if not you cannot count the points for job offer. I got an ITA on 23 april 2024 for cec under general draws. My work experience was from feb 2021 to april 2022. And I heard that for cec expereince should be within 3 years before application.Does that mean I would become ineligible for cec or I am already safe as I got ITA.Or do I need to submit my appliction before may.
