I believe processing time shown here is for those applications who are applying for the first time (whether Category A or Category B).

In my case, OROWP is already issued last year and PR application is pending once 12 month Canadian work experience is achieved. Now after gaining 1 yr experience, I'll send docs proving my experience in Canada. It doesn't say anywhere how long will it take to get PR after we send docs via webform to prove my experience.

I hope someone can answer my question. I applied for pilot program on Jan 1, 2024. By May 15, 2024 (I'll complete the 1560 hours). I started working on July 3, 2023. As soon as I complete the 1560 hours, I will take a maternity leave. Do you think I can still qualify for the 1 year work experience and update my PR application on July 2024?
By July 2024 ,I will have 12 months of work experience with 1560 working hours. But I will be on Mat leave from May 15 to July 2024. I'm really worried since this program is expected to close on June 2024

My understanding is that the closing of the program June is not related with applications in progress. So as soon you qualify to upload your proof of work, you do it. Now what happens if after applying you can't work , no idea.

Can anybody confirm if we need to submit 12 Months of work experience or 1560 hours of Work experience? Apparently my 12 months experience is completed on Sep 18, 2024 but 1560 hours are completed on Aug 15, 2024.

It is 12 month full time work experience - full time work is minimum 30 hours per week. Any week which has less than 30 hours is not counted toward 12 month full time experience. When submit work experience you must have minimum 1560 hours.

I recently arrived and started my work me and my employer do not know exactly what should we do that after 12 months everything be OK
