Yes, you can use below list for your ref to know your office and yes, once you click on the link you will have instructions from step1-8.

But if we don't receive test e-mail than how can I know about the processing office? Is there any way to know about the processing office? Also, can we see all the instructions before we start the test same as e-mail instructions?

Does it mean Scarbrough office?
Any leads on scarbrough office, how long are they taking to process application if it straight forward, no travel at all?

Instead of waiting for next week I already put in an ATIP request this morning to see what's interesting and exciting things happening to my file.. hopefully I will get test soon.. i will certainly put in as many ATIP as needed if that is required to have my file moving on.. my application won't be forgotten!!! :) I see March applicants already getting bg completed and receiving test..

atip
is not helping u move your file only insight into whats happening. plus for atip u usually wait 3-4 weeks on average. and u get status only till the requested date which is weird too u applied 20 feb u get it on 20 march so you can see only updates till 20 feb hope you got me.

Thank you for taking the time and writing your considerations but I prefer to stay with my convictions... also what do u mean with you applied feb 20???

No updates there after.
I received the AOR from Sydney office. HAve been trying to call IRCC but no luck.
Anything that I should be doing to get my application moving.
