We are returning your Permanent Resident Portal application received on 2024-03-18. We are unable to process your request as submitted. We have kept no record of your submission.
Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides In Canada. It appears that as per your information declared on your undertaking you have sent your application to our office in error as per document(s) reviewed below:
• Document Checklist
• IMM1344
• IMM008
• IMM5669
• IMM5406
My application was returned twice with same error. Is there anythone can help me ?

Hi, I am planning to apply for outland spousal sponsorship and have below queries -

1. After getting the PR, how much time does my spouse have to enter Canada?

2. Can we delay that time? Ex - if the allowed time is 6 months, can we request extension from ircc for 2 years?

1. It's usually the expiry of the medical exam. (so medical expires 1 year)
2. NO. If your spouse is not ready to move to Canada, it's better wait until you planned to relocate and apply then.

Hi All, just recieved medical request after applying in Jan. Does anyone know how much time it takes after medical is complete for the rest of the steps?
