AOR - Jan 4, 2024, Sponsor approval - Jan 19, 2024
Biometric request - Jan 19, 2024 and biometrics provided feb 10, 2024
Eligibility & Background check completed - Feb 26, 2024 (request for an additional doc)
Additional doc submitted - Feb 29, 2024
No response after the above.

I was under the impression that PPR arrives promptly after completion of background check, however, there have been no updates since then.
I have called IRCC couple of times and they mention that it is under final stages of review. However, nothing more than that.

I am wondering what could be the hold-up?

I thought I was the chosen one who didn't get the Biometric/medical right after the AOR but I am seeing many people in the same boat.
Anyway, I applied for her TRV and received Biometrics letter for that.

Applied: 06-Dec-2023
AOR: 25-Jan-2024
No further updates.

TRV applied : 02-Apr-2024
Biometrics : 03-Apr-2024
