You can try calling IRCC and see if you find an agent who’s actually helpful (most of the times they are not ). Unfortunately if you’re still within the 15 months, nobody cares.
Have you tried requesting GCMS notes to see where your application is at?

We applied March 2023 no GCMS note,
Called them 3 times same answer all ok wait only

yes. Everything completed except oath.

That must be frustrating that you have to wait just for Oath for 33 days. For me I am still stuck on BGC. Everything else completed on Mar 04, 20241

i waited for almost 2 months for the BGC. 1 month waited for them to update that Fingerprints received. Another month waited for completion. When I check other applicants. Once they received the fingerprints update after 1 day their BG got completed. It’s kinda frustrating process
