I get my first extension in 3 days but this one is taking forever

I applied january 6.
I got 6 months extension.
and authorization to continue working under the same condition as my original work permit.
Until july or until decision is made on my application, which is first.

the final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks.
