Spousal (Outland) waiting for PPR

Pre Arrival Letter received-March 19
Tracker marked completed-March 21
COPR details expiry appears-March 23

My question is how many days will I possibly recieve the PPR or where I will receieve it,thru email then GCkey? Who will issue it? Manila VO o Canada? Thank you for replying for those with the same scenario with me. It's been 5business days I'm not yet receieving the PPR. I just want to have an idea.

Just wait it out, it should be there soon.

In our case, it was the opposite of the PPR letter received before COPR details appeared. Check my sig for the timeline.

Edit: I forgot to add ours came out through GCKey and it is from Manila VO.
