hello,
anyone here applied for tourist visa for India.
I need help with application form. If I obtained Canadian citizenship after asylum. can I apply for Indian visa.
there was a question in the application form.
Q. have you ever claimed asylum in any country? if yes, please explain.
I need to know if someone knows anything about this.
Please help

I traveled to India on my RTD no PR and answered that question saying yes, I claimed asylum in Canada.

I would recommend you also answer honestly and apply for the visa the way any other Canadian citizen would.
