Healthcare occupatrion to get PR

Hello,I have 3 Que.
1). I did B.pharm back home nd biotech in canada. I got the pharmacy assiatnt job here in ontario. Noc Code 33103 . Am I eligible to apply for PR under healthcare occupation stream after 1 or 2 years of experience?
2). If I work in pharmacy assistant in different provience such as alberta, Am I eligible to apply PR with this job under healthcare occupation stream? Is helathcare occupation stream list is same for all provience ?
3). In short, what is a best pathwat for a pharmacy assiatnt to pply get PR in ontario or alberta provienve?
I tried to find some websites but getting confused so if you have any recommendation then It would be helpful. Thank You : )

1. Look at OINP programs with job offer for your NOC. Look at healthcare EE draws with your CRS and see if NOC is included.
2. Research AINP-Express Entry. Look at past draws.
3. Best pathway is doing some research on the OINP and AINP and EE websites. Or hire an immigration consultant/lawyer to do the work for you.
