No Updates after that.

Currently, tracker is showing Eligibility "Not Started" & Background Check "In Progress"

It's been 2 weeks since Bio Updated but still no progress. Does anyone have any Idea about the estimated timeline after Biometric ?!

The timelines have been erratic, I do not see a trend. You can call IRCC and ask for a more accurate status. You can also apply for GCMS notes (though it takes 30days to come). For me my eligibility is stuck at "Not Started" since March 1st.

I got my COPR in tracker today. When should I expect to get the real COPR (not sure if it's called COPR or eCOPR) in the basic safe scenario, assuming I filled in P1 and P2 right away?

Impossible to say. Based on what I have seen it varies from 10 days to several months from P1 to eCOPR, even within the same visa office.
