I booked the appointment at service canada in small town and got early date.Were you able to walk in? that was quick for BIL. I check the nearest Service Canada and the earliest is Mar 18th.

Biometrics given on Feb 28th
Today, March 13th, everything changed to completed and COPR number generated
Saw someone on the below channel with Dec 19 got BIL CEC Inland Non PNP

IMM5406 is not only to list your dependants, it is to list your parents and brothers and sisters. Just complete the form and upload it
Thanks for quick response. Just a small question I have parents and no siblings .I’m not sponsoring any pr to them as of now . Do I need to still add their information?
Is this asked for everyone or will it impact any processing times of application?
When you submitted your application there was a specific field for immediate family members (parents, siblings) so yes everyone fills that. You probably left this empty and that is why now they are asking to fill the form. It will impact the processing time by the time you take to send it.
