Visitor Visa for my mum

I am studying in Canada, while my husband is working, we are both here as temporary residents and i am expecting our baby in a few months. I would like to apply for my mum to come visit us and help with taking care of the child while i continue my education.
What option should i go with?
To visit Canada as a tourist
To visit my spouse, common law partner, dependent child, parent, step-parent, guardian or tutor who is in Canada temporarily, such as an international student or temporary worker
To visit other family who are not listed above or friends for less than 6 months

Seen as we are not permanent residents yet.

Whats my best bet

Her coming to Canada to help you look after the child while you study is considered work, and is illegal. She can visit you (second bullet) and show ties to return, her own funds and previous travel history. Start looking for daycare and get on waiting lists.

the second point is not working because she's not a depend child anymore
it's the third one which suit her situation
