Humanitarian and compassionate for parents refuse by CIC

Scylla i was knowing about it but what should i do my father is old and i was not able to fulfill the conditions for parents and grandparents sponsorship
so i tried this and failed.

But i want to try again and again and now i can fulfill the conditions for parents and grandparents sponsorship so pls help me with your valuable suggestions

Agreed. You need to meet the income requirement to send the application. Do you meet it? If not, you'll need to increase your income to qualify.

If so, what is holding you back from applying? Is there another reason you don't qualify? Or did you not submit your application in time?

From 2013,14,and 15 years i have T4 for $50000 income, 2016 will be little more. Is this income enough to meet the requirement ?

Now in family me and my wife only because all children are adults and above 25.

For 2017 quota can i submit my application now?

Your income in insufficient to sponsor. The income levels you need to meet can be found in this document (you need to meet LICO for 4 people): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5772etoc.asp

No - you would not be able to submit your application now if you qualified. You would have to wait until January. However you don't quality - so moot point.

Based on above you meet the income requirement. You are family of 2 (you plus your wife) and if you sponsor your dad you need to meet lico plus 30%for 3 people.

In December start gathering all documents, fill out forms etc and find local courier in Mississauga to deliver your application to Cic first day of business in January.

Actually since there is only his dad, family size is 3 and income needed is:
2013 $46,354
2014 $47,051
2015 approx $48,000

I applied for my father he is in canada from last 4 years on super visa . His age is 82 years old and my mother was expired long years back. Due to long waiting time last year in nov i applied under Humanitarian and compassionate ground but yesterday i receive a letter from CIC that his case is not approved.

God knows why they refuse it, since i am only his son and i have sisters in india but they are busy with their families and cannot take care of father.

All my family in canada

Can anyone suggest what should i do now any other options left or all door closed.

My PR got expired long time before and now do not meet residency requirement to renew for PR. I applied for PR on humanitarian ground as my all family members are already in Canada. Does anyone know how long will it take to get approval of PR on humanitarian ground by Canada Government?

Why did you not meet the RO and how old are you? There is no guarantee you will be approved. Processing can take over a year. When did you land as a PR? How much time have you spent in Canada since then and in the past 5 years? Do you have a US visa?

Are you inside of Canada or outside of Canada? Did you apply for a PRTD or PR card renewal?
