how long takes to get a credential id of PR portal after you're approved for PR?

I am also waiting for eCOPR but looks like there was an update on the PR Confirmation portal today. Layout looks different and it shows Last Updated on February 27, 2024.
Still shows in review with IRCC. I submitted declaration and photo on Feb 14, 2024.

Exactly same thing I saw on my portal as well that last status updated on Feb 27 but it still shows in review with IRCC. Does anyone know what exactly it means ?
Also, I can't see the old tabs at the top. But some new options like Category and Status last Updated. Not sure what does this mean.
Which VO is handling your file ? Do you know that ? Mine is right now at Edmonton they told me
My VO is Montreal as per the email i received initially. Did you called to ask about your file ?
I called yesterday and they said Edmonton is handling my file now. But still my primary VO I believe it is Montreal.
Ok I tried calling them today but wasn’t reachable have you had called them ?
