understanding GCMS notes

Hello @legalfalcon and members, please help

I got my GCMS notes today and its very confusing/incorrect. Below are some inaccuracies in my notes,

1. I am a Software engineer with NOC 21231 and I have mention this everywhere in my documents and application. But when I see my notes I see some weird NOC codes 3113 and 1243 for dentist and coordinator (in red below)
2. The years of foreign experience is not counted correctly. Its mentioned 2022-12. But I am in Canada since 2021-10.
3. The canadian experience is also shown as 2 years 5 months. But I only had 1 year of work ex when I applied.
4. Somethings like the salary and review required reasons(couldn't provide work ex on letter head but provided all other supporting docs) I can say are valid.

I am confused if the notes are generated incorrectly or there is a backend data mixup with my application because they also say that the job description matches with the lead statement and main duties.

Question, should I call IRCC agent and ask them to make a note of this or raise a webform for this observation?

Due date on the file is 2 March.

hi i have a query related to cbsa notes.
i received them on 25th jan, the notes are showing the status of 18 jan.
Eligibility: pass, Criminality/Info sharing: IP, Security: Not started.

In individual sheets of criminality PA status is showing passed-Bio and spouse`s showing as IP. (I need to know why there is a difference in individual sheet and summary sheet) status date is 6 jan for PA and 26 Nov for Spouse which is the AOR date.

Furthermore, I received RPRF request of 5 jan and paid the same day but it is still showing as OUTSTANDING in the notes, in spite of that the notes were generated on 18 Jan. (I havent received acknowledgement from IRCC upon submission of RPRF proof in gckey portal), Do we receive the acknowledgement when the officer reviews the document ?

Is there any specific review time for file like after 01 month officer sets reminder upon asking the ADR.

See the notes in the last pages of the notes, under eligibility. See if it passed by office case processing agent/case analyst?

I am stressed about why my verified CRS score is 448 instead of 498.
Have they not considered 50 points for my LMIA-approved Job Offer? Or as the arranged employment is under review required so they will review it first and then will add 50 points to my profile. I noticed they have mentioned 10 FSW points for arranged employment but not added 50 crs points for arranged employment.

This is stressful, kindly help with your valuable advice if anything I could do from my end to resolve this. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. I think CIC will never show the information related to security on anbody gcms notes ever. But how can u be so sure that it's gonna delay the process?
I am going through the same issue...did u get any response if yes please share your timeline...Your reply would be really helpful to me as i have been waiting from 5 months under SDA visa

Hi guys,

I got my 4th gcms notes lately. It had subsection s.21 and s.22(1)(b) on it. In last two gcms it was only s.21 now they put s.22(1)(b)

Anybody know what does that mean? Is there anything wrong with my security check?

Plz help me find it out!

I just received my first set of GCMS notes and the email notes that certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 22(1)(b) law enforcement and investigation of the Access to Information Act.

Does anyone know that this relates to?

s.16c is pretty normal to see. don't get stressed out by that....what do your admissibilities say? (should be in the middle of your notes)

regarding activity 1-4...you are currently undergoing security..you wont find any useful info coz most of it is blanked out..

Hi, i got divorce certificate request On Nov 20, 2023 and submitted legal separation agreement along with explanation that i have to wait till Feb 12th 2024 to fill final divorce. Afterthat, i didn't get any reply from IRCC and ordered gcms notes. I got gcms notes today and got this information

Last week, i completed final filling of divorce and now waiting for court decision. court processing time is 4-6 months.

Should i inform IRCC about final filling of Divorce?
Is there any solution for this or i have to wait until i receive divorce certificate?

You can inform IRCC but it states application on hold pending divorce certificate.

Also, i called IRCC last week and they mentioned that background progress is in progress. They didnt mentioned that my application is on hold. Also, they said they moved my application to Operations Support Centre, Ottawa.
This is really stressful. My Aor is July 20th, 2023 and divorce certificate will takes 4-6 months more
