If there's nothing here, it normally looks like this:
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES: 0
And if there's some information in this section, then it looks like this:
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES: 1

And this above part (in red) is usually redacted. I found this information online. In my notes, it's blanked out as well.
It seems to be related to some sort of verification (e.g., employment/job verification). It can be about any organization/entity contacted/used by the IRCC in connection with an application. IRCC maintains a regularly updated database of various organizations and entities with respective contact information, and it is made available to IRCC officers to check information submitted by the applicants against a standard list, like various designated learning institutes and their DLI numbers and other associated information, for example, or it might contain details about any given employer and/or an institution (or a third party source) with details about how and who should be contacted to verify any information and/or document etc.
The reason it is hidden/redacted from the notes is that IRCC wants to keep such information and its sources private. Also, the disclosure of such information might result in a harm or might be injurious to the involved parties or this sort of conduct. For applicants, there's nothing of concern here and no need to worry. Just hope that the organization/entity doesn't mess up with the information and/or the act itself (like relaying wrong information and/or causing an unnecessary delay or not providing any feedback at all).
