What is your status? Apply for a study permit on the IRCC site. Requirements are there.
My wife & I are approved for an open work permit , for visa processing now. But my dependent son has no letter of request for passport .
So you both have open work permits? How? Does son have TRV? What country?
We are still waiting for our visa in 2 weeks. Meantime dependent son is required to apply for student permit to enter Canada . He is 8 years old. Does he need a letter of acceptance from institution & proof of funds?
No he doesn’t need LOA. You want to show funds to settle in Canada. What open permit program are you eligible for? What country?
Our approved application is under the Home Support Pilot Program , we’re from the Philippines
should he apply for an open study permit, or acceptance from an institution?
He is 8 so he is applying as a minor. No letter from school required as he is going to public school.
Indicate that your child will attend the local public school based on the catchment area. No need for acceptance letter.
