You must notify NB that you no longer have a job since your PNP is based on employer sponsorship. You will be given time to find a new employer. If not, PR can be cancelled.

Hi,
Asking immigration experts if you can advise please
I have a friend living in New Brunswick that just recently got endorsed by their employer to apply for PR and at the same time received an invitation to apply for PR Through express entry.
She decided to go with invitation to apply through express entry because she is planning to move after getting PR, but it’s a little complicated when it comes to filling the application specifically the question that asks:
if you have received nomination from one of the provinces ?
Now my questions are
what should be the answer to that question?
Is the endorsement from New Brunswick considered nomination?
Also if she goes through AIP to become PR is there any restrictions if she wants to leave the province after becoming PR ?
