I didn't call IRCC about VOs but in my PPR letter, RROC is mentioned.
So I think PVO = RROC Ottawa, SVO = New Delhi, India

I found an update on my profile today and found that they extended my expired medical exam till next year. Fingers crossed for the security screening to be completed soon. It is still showing as not started

Very very few FSW are getting ppr. It is slow across the board
It might be slow but according to immitracker: 10 FSW applicants with AOR November already got PPR, and many FSW with either November or December AOR (up to December 17th at least) already got BIL vs 0 PPR for CEC AOR November and BIL up to November 18th AOR only

All still are in the processing times but I don't understand why FSW are processed faster when CEC applicants usually have less things to be checked (most are inland and many years spent in Canada)

When did your status for eligibility not started changed to in progress or it was directly changed to completed

FSW-O with Nov 2 AOR also, I don't think we should be worrying too much, gut says we'll start receiving PPRs by next week. But then again, as iSaidGoodDay said, IRCC seems to love proving everyone's theories wrong :D
Your gut feeling was indeed incredibly accurate. Just got final decision and request letter today, February 20th. Keep the gut feelings up lol

You will get a PPR. at that point you'll need to send a photo and a copy of your passeport to your nearest vfs or visa office. Then they will send you back a printed copy of COPR and a new eTA (electronic travel authorization) to do the travel to Canada.
