Same question. I also got this email from IRCC. In the application tracker, I've received a COPR number. In the GCKey my status shows "Final Decision. We are still processing your application."

I submitted my application on 30th Dec, and Biometrics on 13th Feb -- can't believe that background check happened so quickly

What’s the average wait time from BIL to BG and eligibility check to be completed? From what I’ve seen so far, looks like 1 -2 Weeks. Inland applicants?
