What are the timelines ongoing for RFV for PVO Montreal/ SVO Sydney for PNP Candidates? I heard they have not started with Dec AOR.

My AOR is 17 Dec, OINP HCP
Medical done 3rd Feb
Medical passed 9th Feb
BIL done and completed 5th Feb
Background check - In progress
Eligibility - Not started

is that normal? Should I raise a webform or probably we will get soon?

Same question. I also got this email from IRCC. In the application tracker, I've received a COPR number. In the GCKey my status shows "Final Decision. We are still processing your application."

I submitted my application on 30th Dec, and Biometrics on 13th Feb -- can't believe that background check happened so quickly

for those who come from a visa required country or do not have an eTA they will get the Ready for visa (RFV) e-mail. They will need to submit their passeport to the nearest visa office. For the others it's PPR
But at the end, it means the same thing, your application has been approved

My BG in GCKey changed from "We are processing your BG check. We will send you a message if we need more information"

to

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? Any signs?

Medical is passed too. But yeah maybe its different departments processing different scopes. Just hoping for the best!
