Hello
Everyone

Need guidance that should the person book airline ticket to show or how should he show the return tickets ??
Is it mandatory to show return ticket or just one sided booking would be enough ??

The Person owns two properties so how should he show them in docs .. does he has to submit property valuation certificate ?? or just submit the property documents on portal ??

Thanks ..

The usual advice here is do not book tickets without TRV in hand. It's not a requirement. Okay to book if you have fully refundable tickets.

As for real property, probably all that is needed is certificates of title (or whatever called in the jurisdiction). A "property valuation certificate" sounds like an appraisal and that should not be required.

Need guidance on whether the person should book an airline ticket, and according to https://united-airlines.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html, how to present the return tickets.?? Is it mandatory to show return ticket or just one sided booking would be enough ??

Yes, most countries require proof of a return or onward ticket, so a one-way booking is usually not enough. You should either book a round-trip ticket or a temporary flight reservation. For property documents, submitting the ownership documents should be sufficient, but if the visa guidelines request a property valuation certificate, then include that. Always check the specific requirements for the visa you're applying for.
