Unable to submit expression of interest in Ontario pnp

Hi there,

I am trying to submit expression of interest under human capital stream in Ontario pnp. However, I believe the pnp system has changed and we can only submit pnp file on getting invitation in express entry.

If possible to submit expression of interest in Ontario pnp. Please guide

I have found out that Ontario is now inviting people directly, but only for certain streams such as skilled trades, masters, and PhD programs. For other streams like the Human Capital Priorities stream, applicants have to wait until they receive an invitation to apply for the PNP.

Oh. So we can’t submit expression of interest in any of the streams?

I qualify for CEC, but not sure how I need to apply? Even for that do we need to wait for NOI?

Yes for the Canadian experience class, you must wait to get an invitation to apply for PNP unless you have a NOC code that interests the Ontario government to apply and submit an expression of interest for PNP. OR you get invited to express entry general draw. These are the only option for the time.
