Hey, not sure about that but maybe check the October 2023 thread cause there’re more folks in there that might have similar experience? Or maybe send an email to the email address that they used to give you the test instruction?
I did receive my GCMS notes the other day and surprisingly the notes showed that email inquiry I sent so they definitely looked at those emails. Good luck.
Thanks. I just received the email as well to download the ecert. We are travelling from Mar 8 for 7 days. I am hopping the ceremony will be after that . Will keep you posted if I receive any updates.
Hello Everyone, My husband got his background check completed today. His Citizenship test was completed on Jan 15th. I see the Niagara office is the slowest so fas. Is it okay to travel now, considering probition, language and ceremony will take months to complete?
Tracker got udpated to test completed for me, but for my wife, it is still not updated and says Waiting on You. Test was given on 5th Feb. Should my wife send an email to Niagara Falls office with the test result asking them if they need anything else?

Has anyone recently have any success with niagara office for rescheduling oath? We are outside of canada when we received tha oath invitation. The Oath date is 28th feb but we are returning back on March 1st.
We sent an email informing the same but got a very blunt reply that they reschedule only for emergencies etc. looking for some pointers from people who have faced similar issue recently. Thank you

My oath is scheduled for 13th Mar, 2024 - tracker updated with the date, waiting for the oath email. LPP updated on 8th Feb
Hello. We initially e-mailed them back and explained that we would be travelling shortly after our ceremony and would not be able to get the ecertificate nor the passport on time. We got a very generic answer at first, asking to submit a request to reschedule. We wrote a letter, explaining we will be away on vacation and our return date. We also attached a copy of our ticket.
We received a response back after 24 hours, stating that we don't qualify for reschedulling but they will exceptionally reschedule upon our return. They also stated that a final notice to appear will be issued. We are yet to receive same. We are hopping we won't have to wait months for a new date.
I would sugest you write a letter, with detailed explanation.
