I didn't, i just created email in their names and account, applied as if they are applying.

I submitted all the documents with my application. Later, I heard that we need to submit upfront medicals by raising a web form, so I did that as an additional step.

The previous two applications, which were rejected, were submitted by agencies. This application was done by me. :)
