i received BVL yesterday for my brother , tracker showing eligibility completed, biometric in-progress. It mean eligibility is passed ? And chances are high for PPR?

He is still at the initial stages too early to know if he has been approved

No update. It looks if eligibility completed , its a good sign because if they want to refuse then they dont need to go through extensive background check

Doesn’t mean much. Moving forward is better than denial but that also doesn’t mean approval.

what is your brother applying for? The fact that your family came to Canada typically makes it more difficult for other family members to come to Canada on a temporary basis.

Any update bro? My eligibility was also completed on 27th January and updated on tracker on 29th jan 2024. Till now no response.
