I received my ITA in march of last year but upon submission, my application was cancelled as incomplete as i accidentally uploaded the wrong police report. I am back in the pool and have not received another ITA. My question now is that i have experience in one of the category based draws and i am thinking of changing my profile to suit the category so i can receive another ITA. Is this going to be an issue if i do it. Bare in mind i can back up my claim with references from my office.

What do you mean by that? You can't change something just like that unless your previous info was wrong.
