Visitor visa question

Hi,

If someone has a Canadian visitor visa (origin is from Pakistan) and want to also visit USA. Can he/she apply at the border crossing from Canada (for example Niagara Falls border crossing)? or should get it from Pakistan before coming to Canada? Which route is easier?

No you cannot just show up at the border and ask to cross into the US.. Person needs a US visa. Ask on a US immigration forum about processing times but it is long if you apply from Canada because you have to go for an interview.
