ICT Visa and Points that Can be Claimed

I have been working in Canada under ICT Visa (LMIA Exempt) for almost a year now. When I gain full one year of experience - Will I get points based on my experience in Canada? AND Can I select "Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed) or Exempt" as YES and get additional 50 points as well?

Will I get points for both these headers? Or how does it work?

Yes, you will qualify for the 50 points after the 1 year.

You answer no to the LMIA question.

Implies I will get both the points right? Wouldn't that be double counting?

I don't understand why it would be double counting. One set of points is for work experience and the other is for having a job offer.
