Seems like it. But the official LPP section is at the very first page. It should say “Passed” for all 3 at the first page. These could be tentative and require a secondary review prior to grant.

If I'm understanding correctly, your LPP was passed in Officer Note 1 but not in the GCMS notes or tracker, right? This is because the GCMS is connected to the online tracker.
Based on what they said, I believe their LPP on tracker still shows in progress but ATIP notes from officer say otherwise. This could be that a Junior officer made their decision and the senior officer (AKA the citizenship official) will review and give the final say.

Check out this note that was sent to a facebook group that I'm a member of. It looks very similar to yours. they got their oath date as well I think. This should be the last step, you are very close I believe.
