Does a issued Bank reference letter has a validation period for visa application

She want to apply for a visiting visa from Nigeria. Due to the long holiday from 22nd of last year December that cause her delayed in filing her application online. And has since collected her reference letter from bank with bank statements since 22nd of December last year. However she want to fill her visa application next week Monday after all her necessary documents ready. I need to know if she can still use the same Bank reference letter she got last month to support her bank statement.

Since statements are over a 6 month period then should not be an issue. Her statements will show balance from July-August. Not sure why a holiday would delay her applying.
