Not gonna lie, I am a bit confused.

FSW-O

AOR October 29th.
BIL and Med request: 16th January

And today I see on my tracker. It says eligibility completed. Does that mean that it's passed? Or there is still chances of an ADR?

If this is a "real" eligibility completed then all my FSW-O brothers and sisters should cherish the fact that there is a longer wait time until BIL/MEDS, instead of worrying about it. This affirms what others have been saying since a while on this forum. IRCC is doing eligibility checks before sending out BIL/MEP.

(But then again nobody knows what curveballs IRCC can throw)

I'm witnessing something similar to what others have experienced. I only used to read this forum but made an account to share my timeline.

Medical: File submitted without advanced medicals
Biometric and medical request: 17th January 2024
Account created on tracker: 17th January 2024
Status today: Meds, Bio and Background in process.
Elibility: Completed on January 18th 2024.

@iSaidGoodDay Please help? Could you please tell us if eligibility completed also means A11.2 is now PASSED? Or is A11.2 different? I know that is the most critical phase of the application. I didn't get any ADR or any other request. My sister said that eligbility only starts after bio and meds then why I am getting completed notice now? Is the notorious A11.2 finished?

My timeline is also same as yours. But my medical passed on 4th Jan and Biometric completed on 9th Jan. My tracker is also showing eligibility is completed but background is In progress.
Same French Category draw. Since that time there is no update till now.

Is it completed or still under process?

GCKey is not as reliable when it comes to eligibility as tracker. GCKey's eligibility goes to completed only when either you are virtually landed or when your passports are stamped with visa.

Does anyone still have "Your Action is Required" status after submitting the Biometrics? I submitted my Biometrics on January 8th, 2024 but my status hasn't been updated. The tracker shows Eligibility hasn't started.

Yes don’t worry about it. My Biometrics took 3months to reflect on my Gckey & tracker. It showed your “Action is required” even months after I gave my biometrics.

Hello! My final decision was on 2024-01-10 with COPR number available on the tracker and yet to receive the portal. Primary VO: Ottawa; Secondary VO: Calgary. Is there anything I could do? Thanks in advance!

You should get it pretty soon. Wait for this week to be over, and if you still don't receive it call IRCC and ask if they sent you an email that was never delivered. Meanwhile, whitelist "cic.gc.ca" domain over your email.
