Clarificantion of immigration/citizenship status Question 13 on Citizenship Application

I had an unused tourist visa of Costa Rica in my old passport which was not used to travel or immigration and it has lapsed -please let me know if I have to mention in question no 13 for citizenship application?

I'd disclose it and explain that it wasn't used - just to avoid issues should they see the stamp later.
