Going to the IRCC site to research express entry is your first Step. There is no easy and fast way to immigrate unless maybe you have a Masters and bilingual. As for study permit, that is not immigrating but studying in Canada. You need to get acceptance, pay first year tuition, show home ties to return, show considerable funds and justify why you need to take a program in Canada and how it will give you a better paying job when you return.
You cannot get any guidance without reading. Go through resources in this form or on canada.ca to understand options available for you to immigrate.
