For excessive delay of IRCC applications, it's possible to file a writ of Mandamus to the Federal court. Fees range upwards from $2000. Since a lot of applications have delayed processing, many Mandamus applications have still not been processed, so a delay is to be expected.
To get a detailed idea of the timeline and process, I would have to pay the initial fee. After much deliberation, I decided not to go forward.
anyone knows what does it mean if the background check for a super visa was completed and then was changed again to in process??
if i have a super visa in progress can I apply for a visitor visa while waiting for the supervisa?
i checked my iRCC Tracker and the last updates was on 21 February
Eligibility completed biometric completed and background completed on 21February
but no BVL and no updates on the IRCC portal ; and no VISA number in the Tracker
your help please ???

The processing time has been crazy. 2 years now waiting for supervisa and I'm pregnant. is there anything I can do to make the process faster since I'm pregnant and I need my parent's support?
