I am on ICT closed permit LMIA exempt. have claimed 50 points for the job offer and received ITA under CEC. My company's HR is telling me they cannot issue a new JOB offer letter rather they can provide a supporting letter and mention terms and conditions of the original offer letter continue to be in effect and in the support letter additional requirements of IRCC like job duties, salary, working hours and intend to employ for at least 1 year after the PR will be mentioned.
Will that work please help bit urgent.
