Update: Finally got the PCC today when visited the CGI during open house hours and explained the urgency of it by showing the screenshot of the deadline. I would suggest applicants who are not getting attraction by sending emails to visit CGI and get it done.

I don't think BLS will be able to access the document without CGI printing it. So we need to follow up with CGI only to get it printed. Next week It will be 8-9 days after the status update so planning to visit the CGI office. Not sure whether they will even entertain us when we visit. but...

Same deadline bro. I mailed to pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in same day when the status was updated I got standard reply " PCC processing time may takes six to eight weeks. We will issue as soon as possible." will follow up again on Monday. let's see.

What I understood from other posts in the thread is after the local police station completes their task the file goes to the SP office and from there status will be updated. so try to check with the SP office once since local police said it is completed from his end.
