Is there a high correlation between AOR and BIL day. For e.g. I'm AOR 9 December, and I can see that AOR 8 December got BIL today. Does it mean that I will get it tomorrow, or not?

We don't know how IRCC builds and processes AOR cohorts(day/week/month/60 days/etc). AORs don't seem to be processed based on FIFO(first-in, first-out), and the processing is rather unclear. Expecting a BIL tomorrow may not be realistic. BIL is also triggered manually by IRCC and is not automated.

You need to check PNP threads, this is EE and will not be helpful to you unless you are PNP FSW Outland.
