has anyone been to seol korea on RTD? Do we require a visa?

I haven't visited Seoul on an RTD myself, but from looking at the Wikipedia page on refugees in South Korea (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refugees_in_South_Korea), it seems Canadians can enter Korea visa-free for up to 90 days on an RTD.
