Does Location of final submission of EE profile after ITA matters?

Hi All,

I have received ITA under CEC and in the pre-ITA submission no representative was added but now I am planning to add a representative who is a licensed immigration consultant in Canada. Currently, he is in India so wanted to know Does it asks for a place when submitting the profile and does the location of the final submission matters where the file gets processed. As he will be submitting the file on my behalf and he is in India right now.
Please help.

No, it doesn't matter. You are not submitting a paper application, neither online submission of your application changes you from CEC-inland to CEC-outland.

ok, thanks. so since it is CEC application it will be processed in Canada right?
