Application check for completeness

I received an invite through OINP and submitted my application which was rejected. Since my OINP nomination was still valid, I claimed points from a new EE profile and got another invite.
Now I'm about to submit my application again and a little hesitant. I want to avail a service that can check my application for completeness before I submit. Can anyone help me in this regard.

Why was the first one rejected?
There is a placeholder for each supporting document, did you your provide everything?
